Spend an evening at sunset to clear your mind in a quiet field of summer blooms. You are guaranteed to feel relaxed and centered after watching the sun’s rays glimmer on each flower petal, smell the sweet smells of flowers and earth, and listen to birds singing in the sky and farm animals playing in the distance.
Yoga in the Flowers includes:
45-60 minutes Yoga session, by Tina Steibel
Bouquet of freshly cut flowers for you to take home
Bottles of water
Calm and centered body and mind
Notes:
Please feel welcome to try yoga. Tina’s classes are for any level of experience. You will need to bring a yoga mat, and wear comfortable workout clothes.
