Spend an evening at sunset to clear your mind in a quiet field of dahlia blooms. There is nothing more peaceful than my evening walks checking out the perfect dahlia blooms and colors. And now I want to share that experience with you. When you come to an evening of yoga, you are guaranteed to feel relaxed and centered after watching the sun’s rays glimmer on each dahlia petal, smell the sweet smells of dahlias and earth, and listen to birds singing in the sky and farm animals playing in the distance. And take home a bouquet of fresh-cut flowers to enjoy and continue to bring tranquility to your day!

Calm and centered body and mind

Please feel welcome to try yoga. Tina’s classes are for any level of experience. You will need to bring a yoga mat, and wear comfortable workout clothes.
